A contract comes into effect with every booking made in writing, by telephone, electronically or in person, and with the delivery of our booking confirmation.
You agree to the terms and conditions with every booking by written confirmation, telephone, electronicly or in person. The terms and conditions can always be retrieved on the website.
Prices may be changed in the event of newly introduced or increased government levies, changes in exchange rates as well as clearly explainable printing errors.
- Changes / cancellations up to 8 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Changes / cancellations 7 - 1 day before arrival: 100% of the price will be charged
- No-show or cancellation of the arrangement: 100% of the price will be charged
- In cases of hardship, the cancellation costs will be covered by a cancellation costs insurance, if the guest has taken out such an insurance. The application for reimbursement needs to be done by the customer.
Yes, another person is accepted, if she/he takes over the existing reservation under the same conditions. The resort/hotel must be notified of the substitute person early before arrival. The original guest remains to be the contractual partner and takes over all liabilities.
Yes, in the event of force majeure such as political unrest, strikes, catastrophes, etc., cancellations may be made by the Resort/Hotel due to safety reasons.
No, disruptions such as noise and/or operational restrictions do not entitle guests to any compensation or refund.
Claims must be made in written form to the hotel immediately, at the latest within 2 weeks after return.
No, the hotel room may only be used or occupied by the number of persons (including children) indicated on the confirmation.
The guest is liable for any damage unless he/she can prove that it occurred through no fault of his/her own. Damages must be reported immediately to the resort/hotel reception..
