The ski-in resort in the heart of Davos consists of three buildings with a total of 30 comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Guests can choose from 2.5- and 3.5-bedroom apartments – right by the slope and in close proximity of shopping options, restaurants and bars.

Noteworthy: The apartments provide lots of independence while on holiday, and they’re located near all the important starting points for activities in the region. However, if you would prefer to benefit from certain additional amenities, you can simply book them as add-ons! Whether this means having your room cleaned or your bread delivery for breakfast: Parsenn Resort lets you enjoy a relaxed stay just after your taste.

FOR FRESH BAKERY PRODUCTS

From now on you can order fresh baked goods from the local bakery confectionery café Weber at the Parsenn Resort. Already for three generations the name Weber belongs to the local image of Davos village. Delivery is then made directly to your apartment door by 8:00 am. Enjoy fresh bread and croissant for breakfast!

Alongside direct access from the ski run for a quick return after a long day on the slopes, the resort offers another advantage: Many important locations are all within walking distance – from the Parsenn funicular station to the town centre of Davos.

Your home away from home not only boasts an elegant and modern interior with spacious balconies. The state-of-the-art gym and a small sauna area are the perfect locations to relax and unwind after an eventful day on the slopes. In addition, you can also make use of the underground car park, a bike and ski storage room as well as a shared-use washing machine and dryer for all our guests.

In summer, Parsenn Resort is a great starting location for hikes and various leisure activities in the mountains. By bike, it only takes you about five minutes to reach the summit of Parsenn. That’s where your trail adventures start. And after some speedy fun in the mountains, you can leisurely pedal back to your accommodation. A bike wash, spacious bike storage, and washing facilities for your sports clothes: All these amenities ensure that your two-wheeler and your gear are always clean and ready for your next tour. Parsenn Resort is also popular with trail runners. Right from the doorstep of your accommodation, you can explore the region and its diverse trails in running shoes. In the evening, you can relax and refuel with a healthy, carbohydrate-rich dinner.

Our tip: How about a leisurely walk around nearby Lake Davos, wakeboarding , or a cosy lakeside dinner at Bachi’s Strandband? Lake Davos is an absolute summer hotspot and a popular meeting place for visitors and locals.

One of Parsenn Resort’s most enticing assets is its location right by the slope and only a few minutes away from the centre of Davos Dorf. The town centre is also where guests can discover local highlights such as the delicious baked goods of Café Weber – a fourth-generation family business. An absolute insider’s tip: the freshly baked nut and almond crescent rolls.

Sport equipment and rental

Sports gear and rental equipment can also be found within walking distance of Parsenn Resort. The specialist sports shops on site are happy to provide professional support and expert know-how to make sure you’ll get just the right equipment. Intersport Andrist and Parsenn Sports are both located right by the Parsenn funicular station. And so is the Bike Academy: The place to be for bike enthusiasts who want to rent a two-wheeler.
