Ausgabe 2026: Vive la France
Davos Klosters Fine Dine ist ein exklusives Event rund um Essen und Wein, das die kulinarische Exzellenz der Region sowie internationale Spitzenküche ins Rampenlicht rückt. Die Veranstaltung zelebriert die Vielfalt und Kreativität der Gastronomie und lädt Gourmets dazu ein, Davos Klosters als führenden Fine-Dining-Hotspot der Schweiz zu entdecken.
Die Premiere findet vom 22. März bis 2. April 2026 statt und umfasst sechs offizielle Abende,
an denen renommierte französische Spitzenköche an ausgewählten, prestigeträchtigen Orten der Region zu Gast sind.
Ein Highlight des Programms ist der Gourmet-Abend im Hotel Waldhuus Davos am 23. März 2026.

Christophe Hay ist ein französischer zweifach mit Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichneter Chef, der für seine nachhaltige, regional inspirierte Küche am Fleur de Loire in Blois bekannt ist und Produkte aus lokalen Terroirs konsequent nutzt.
