Schaukäserei & Restaurant Clavadeleralp
The Clavadeleralp show dairy can be reached on foot from the middle station of the Jakobshorn (Jschalp) in 35 minutes. As locals, the team at the Clavadeleralp is particularly pleased to be able to process products that are produced directly on the alp. Cheese, butter, milk...even most of the meat products come from the happy cows, the rest is regional. Even vegans and allergy sufferers get their money's worth!
Every Sunday the legendary Älplerbrunch takes place, please book in advance.
