Whether for families, sports enthusiasts or connoisseurs - the Parsenn Resort is the ideal location for your holiday in Davos!  All 30 flats in the Parsenn Resort have a kitchen, shower/WC, a bright dining and living room, spacious bedrooms and a wonderful loggia with a view of the Davos Alpine panorama for the most part.
The flat is furnished in a modern Nordic style with high-quality furniture and will become your temporary home.

Bookability of the apartments

Summer: Bookable from Saturday - Saturday or in low season from 3 nights (arrival daily).
Winter: Bookable from Sunday - Sunday or in low season from 3 nights from Sunday - Thursday / Thursday - Sunday.

Uniquely close

The Parsenn Resort has its own ski slope, which leads directly to the resort from the Parsenn valley slope. All shopping and various nightlife options are in the immediate vicinity. The valley station of the Parsenn cable car is only a few meters away.

For bad weather days, the resort has a spacious fitness room with modern equipment and a spa area with sauna. The ski room offers each apartment a closet for the storage of ski equipment. This is how relaxed vacation days go!

The apartments

With 2.5 oder 3.5 rooms

The extensive equipment of the 30 vacation apartments of the Parsenn Resort ensures a completely stressless stay. The 2.5 or 3.5 room apartments have a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. In addition, you will find a bright dining and living area in each apartment. The loggias invite you to spend comfortable hours.

At the in-house reception, a staff member is available to answer your questions and concerns during check-in and check-out. 

Arrival

From Davos Dorf train station you can easily reach the resort on foot. The valley station of the Parsennbahn is only a few meters away. If you arrive by car, there are enough parking spaces available in the parking garage (incl. electric charging station).

  • Children and extra beds

    CHF 20.00 for baby crib without blanket, CHF 35.00 for baby crib with blanket, CHF 20.00 for junior crib. The maximum number of persons must not be exceeded. In case of occupancy of 6 persons in a 3.5 room apartment, 2 persons on the sofa, in case of occupancy of 4 persons in a 2.5 room apartment, 2 persons on the sofa.

  • Parking

    The resort has an underground parking garage for resort guests. The cost is CHF 18.00 per night.
    Advance reservation is necessary as only a limited number of parking spaces are available.
    There is a strict night parking ban on the public parking lots in Davos.

  • Pets

    Pets are welcome for an extra charge of CHF 10.00/night and by prior arrangement in some apartments (first floor and 1st floor).
