A small house with a charm that enchants guests with its unique Walser-style architecture. The larch panelled rooms offer enough space for groups of any kind. The accommodation is located below the Postplatz and only a few minutes’ walk from the Davos Platz train station. The Davoser Hüsli is a perfect accommodation for all guests who are looking for something cosy and for whom, the close location to the mountain railway for both winter and summer activities is important.

Sufficient catering is provided by restaurants with a wide menu and nightlife options within walking distance. The adequate breakfast is served in the Hotel Davoserhof right next to the Davoser Hüsli.

This unique lodge is popular with groups, clubs and skiers. There is a ski room available in the house. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach the Jakobshorn cable car from the front door in just a few minutes by foot.

The Walser style: The house appears in the typical architectural style of the Walsers. This ethnic group was one of the first inhabitants of the region and settled in the mountain valleys of Graubünden. They had a decisive influence not only on the culture, but also on the architectural style of the region. Simplicity, small windows and the typical mountain hut character are defining elements of the Walser building style.

With a rustic ambience

The Davoser Hüsli offer space for up to 34 guests in 15 rooms. The simple single, double and four-bed rooms in light coniferous wood have running water with washbasin and bed linen. Showers and toilets are located on the floor. Towels and all other personal necessities must be brought by the guests themselves. Other facilities for breakfast, dinner or bar are located at the Hotel Alte Post.

Guests of the Davoser Hüsli will find breakfast and dinner right next door at the Alte Post restaurant. Regional delicacies such as various fondues and delicious pizzas are served there. A group menu is available for groups of 10 or more.

Ideal for a stay with the group or club. After dinner, a nightcap can be enjoyed in the Alte Post bar. So goes an ideal and cozy ski day!

Arrival

The Davoser Hüsli is located in the centre of Davos right next to the Hotel Davoserhof. For guests arriving by car there is a public car park directly in front of the hotel or it is just a few minutes walk from Davos Platz train station.

Parking

The hotel has a parking lot for hotel guests. The nearby underground parking in the Silvretta parking garage (Coop) is also available for parking. Please note that we can neither pre-book nor guarantee these parking spaces. The reception team will always try to help you.
Both the hotel parking lot and the underground garage cost CHF 9.00 in summer and CHF 18.00 in winter per night. There is a strict night parking ban on public parking lots in Davos.
